Bernard’s connection to RCPUSA began as a student, when he attended a school built through the leadership of founder Timon Bondo. The quality education and guidance he received there shaped his academic journey and influenced his decision to pursue a career in teaching. Meeting Timon in person after joining the Board further inspired him to play an active role in advancing the organization’s mission.

In his board role, Bernard contributes to program development, student-centered initiatives, and efforts that strengthen RCP’s reach within the community. His background as an educator gives him firsthand insight into the needs of youth and the importance of supportive, accessible learning environments.

Bernard remains committed to helping RCP continue transforming lives through education, mentorship, and empowerment. His service reflects gratitude for the opportunities he once received and a desire to help provide the same foundation for future generations.
