In 2011, RCPUSA built the Rabondo Medical Clinic to serve thousands of people in Rabondo and surrounding rural communities. Each month 600–700 patients arrive seeking care, including maternity services, pediatric care, general medicine, and urgent treatments. The clinic is staffed by clinical officers , nurses, and support workers who live locally and provide essential healthcare despite limited resources and challenging conditions.
RCPUSA continues to support the clinic’s operation, providing supplies, paying for students’ medical care, and contributing to the maintenance of the building and equipment. As the only local clinic for miles, it stands as a lifeline to the community. Your support ensures the clinic can continue to deliver compassionate care, expand its services, and remain a beacon of hope for generations to come.
